Common Samsung refrigerator problems

• •French-door ice maker not making ice, or the bucket frozen into a block → ice maker assembly, water inlet valve, or frost in the ice compartment

How the repair visit works

Each compartment is diagnosed on its own: temperature at the evaporator, fan operation, defrost heater and sensor readings, and a test fill of the ice maker. Samsung-specific parts such as fan motors and ice maker assemblies are ordered OEM when they are not on hand. Sealed-system faults get a separate written quote, case by case.

Common Samsung dishwasher problems

• •Cycle stops with water still in the bottom → food packed in the filter and sump, a kinked drain hose, or a failed drain pump
• •Grit or film left on glasses → clogged filter, a spray arm jammed by a utensil, or a weak wash pump
• •Puddle at the front edge after a cycle → worn door seal, a loose hose under the tub, or a seeping pump seal
• •Cycle won't begin, or shuts off midway → door latch switch or control board

How the repair visit works

A test cycle shows where the water stops. The technician pulls the filter and sump and follows the drain hose to the disposal or air gap. Clogs are cleared during the visit; any part, from pump to control board, goes on the written estimate first.

Common Samsung washer problems

• •4E on the display and the tub won't fill → closed or kinked supply hose, clogged inlet screen, or water inlet valve
• •Front-loader won't drain and the cycle stalls → drain pump, or a coin or sock caught in the pump filter
• •Drum won't spin or spins weakly → motor, drive components, or suspension
• •Water under a front-loader → torn door boot seal, a loose hose, or a house drain backing up

How the repair visit works

We check the water supply, run the drain and spin stages, and test the motor and door lock circuits. A jammed pump filter or kinked hose is fixed right away; pumps, valves, locks, boots and motors are quoted before an OEM part goes in. If a leak traces to the house plumbing, we tell you so.

Common Samsung dryer problems

• •HC on the display or no heat → heater element (electric), gas valve coils (gas), thermistor, or overheating from a restricted vent
• •Takes two or three cycles to dry a load → lint-packed vent or a weak heating circuit
• •Thumping, squealing, or a drum that won't turn → drum support rollers, idler pulley, or belt
• •Won't start at all → thermal fuse, door switch, or control board

How the repair visit works

We measure heat output, test the thermistor, fuse and heating parts, and check airflow at the vent. A restricted vent alone can trigger HC, so airflow is confirmed before any heating part is replaced; rollers, belts and boards are quoted with OEM parts.
